In our farm there is a laboratory for the production of canned food , which produces jams, marmalades and aromatic wild herbs. The transformation of the fruit into marmalades and jams, is concentrated only in the seasonal period of production of the fresh product. The processing system consists of the shredding of the fruit, getting the juice, pulp and peel, which amalgamated with the sugar and cooked in pots in direct-fired, give the delicacy of the taste, and the intoxicating fragrance. The system of craftsmanship guarantees the authenticity and the taste.
